Rover:

Walk It Out

Brief

Rover wants to differentiate itself from other dog walking services by reminding customers that they match dogs with the right dog walkers.

Insight

Rover doesn’t match your dog with just anybody, they match your dog with their human equivalent.

The Idea

Draw parallels between different dog breeds and the dog walkers available on Rover by painting the Rover dog walkers as heroes.

My Role

My partner and I wrote the script together using the song “Walk it Out” as a platform for our idea. During the production process, we helped cast the talent— actors *and* dawgs. We also go to work with Dave Laden of Hungry Man who directed and added a sprinkle of his comedic persona into our script.

OOH & Brand Identity

We developed a top view approach emphasizing the interaction between the walkers and dogs— all while highlighting the green brand color of Rover. We applied this approach and visual language to the OOH takeover of NYC subway stations.
