Brief
Every year Facebook holds an event called Global Causes Day, where Facebook employees are connected to social causes and charities around the world. The goal is to mobilize one of the world's most innovative workforces to help make a difference globally.
Insight
Facebook employees are constantly bombarded with information and visuals. So in our visual approach we need to be both clear and engaging.
The Idea
Create a visual language that intrigues the audience and inspires them to participate in the event by giving them a sense of ownership.
My Role
I concepted the visuals and created a system of design and layout along side the amazing DXTR The Weird. We also worked with an installation artist to create sculptures and interactive art pieces to excite and engage the employees at Facebook’s HQ.
In addition to creating digital assets, we also created a physical instillation at Facebook’s campus in Palo Alto
To create more excitement we tapped celebrity activists to create rallying videos.
