Apeel Sciences
Apeel Sciences is trying to make food waste history. With the backing of Bill Gates and Oprah, Apeel has created an organic fruit spray technology that preserves produce for a longer shelf life, ensuring that food doesn’t go to waste due to spoilage en route from farm to home. Apeel’s longer lasting produce also makes it possible for those living in food deserts to have the opportunity to get fresh and healthier food options.
Brief
Apeel tasked us to create a whole look and feel to launch their Food Gone Good platform to the world and internally. The mission is to create a brand that is smart, simple and approachable.
My Role
Concepted each page and the book flow along with my partner and designed every single page.
The Idea
To introduce the new platform and brand visuals we created an internal brand book that models itself after the classic recipe book. This recipe book features real recipes from Apeel employees to a comic book that tells the origin story of Apeel’s formation.
